We now quote all our prices on our website excluding delivery charges. This is to give our customers the lowest possible price for the combination of goods they are ordering. Therefore, in most cases, the more products you purchase, the lower the delivery cost!
The delivery charge is worked out on the exact products you have in the shopping basket and reflects our own costs in delivering the products to your door. The delivery might even be free depending on the product or products you order.
To calculate the delivery costs follow these steps:
1) Add all the items you are interested in to the shopping basket.
2) Click on the Basket Link to view the shopping basket.
3) Enter your postcode and click on the 'Submit' button (those in Greater London area may incur a smaller delivery charge).
4) Scroll down to view the delivery charge. Note: You will not have purchased anything until you have submitted the form in the checkout. You can then either go to the checkout or continue shopping.

If your products are in stock in our warehouse and you live in the London or Hertfordshire area, we can often achieve delivery within a few days! It is possible that we may be able to install certain products, but please call us to confirm costs and availability of technicians.
After an order is placed online, stock availability is checked and processed quickly to keep delivery times to a minimum. As a company we keep over 1000 appliances in stock and this is reflected in our service. On small products in stock in our warehouse we will send out the orders by courier and delivery should be achieved within 3 working days. If the products are not in stock , it will take around 7-10 working days.
On larger goods in most cases the appliances will be delivered direct from the manufacturer usually within 2 weeks, but please allow for additional time. Whilst we endeavour to deliver as quickly as we can, products delivered directly from the manufacturers can take longer than expected (range cookers - delivery between 2 weeks - 12 weeks subject to manufacturer's stock).
Customers will be informed via email of any delays if they occur (within a few days). If the stock is unavailable, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
Orders placed over the phone will be processed in the same way we process online orders. For more accurate information on delivery times please phone or email us with the product details and delivery areas and we will get back to you. Delivery times can only be estimated.
Warehouse deliveries in the London and Heartfordshire
areas can only be delivered to ground floor locations. Any other deliveries
need to be checked with us to make sure they are possible. An extra
charge may be payable for more complicated deliveries as the delivery
cost only covers transportation to your doorstep. A standard delivery
cost does not include carrying products down or up stairs. If you have
any queries, please check with us before placing your order. You may
be charged for aborted deliveries.

Customers MUST unbox and check appliances thoroughly on delivery. The appliance can then be refused as damaged and a replacement arranged quickly.
In the case that it is not possible to check the appliances, the delivery notes must be marked 'UNCHECKED' before signing. All damages MUST then be reported within 7 days to be processed (preferably within 24 hours, as many manufacturers require this in their Terms and Conditions).
A swopover must then be arranged which will take as long as a new order. To minimise replacement times, please check for damages on delivery.
If an order is cancelled for any reason and the delivery has taken place the delivery charge is not refundable.
If the product(s) are damaged, we will collect the item(s) and return it to our warehouse (if reported within 7 days of delivery). Once received and checked, a new model will be sent or a full refund on request.
Please ensure that you include all packaging when returning goods. We will charge for collection, which will be refunded when received and checked at our warehouse.
If you choose to send the product(s) back to our warehouse via another delivery company, we cannot accept responsibility for loss in transit.
If a problem occurs after 7 days from the delivery date, please contact the relevant manufacturer.
