From arranging the appointment, to get our Tumble Dryer repaired, to the engi neer calling, the communication was excellent. The engineer, Dean, was very know ledgeable, friendly and efficient. Only carried out the work that was needed (th e part that was pre ordered did not need to be fitted so this was returned and r efunded!) I would hesitate to recommend Glowtech. Great service
